Just wanted to write a review in regards to the help I got from Dino who perform the inspection on the purchase of my first home. Second time overall that I used his services - and it didn’t matter if it was summer weather or cold weather, Dino inspected every inch of the house from outside and in, and gave me tips on how to maintain or help keep and improve the house. Dino was very honest, and when he saw concerns he told me, and that’s why this was the second time I used him. First time around thought I had found the perfect home, but Dino’s knowledge helped me make the right decision and move. Now I am happily awaiting the closure of my first home and couldn’t be happier with the peace of mind Dino gave me and knowing he follows up in case I needed any tips or reminders. I will definitely recommend Dino!

While looking for a vacant "fixer-upper" for my family, we found one that looked very interesting. Since it appeared that many conditions of the property could be defective, we decided it should be subjected to a home inspection. For the job, we called Dino Flores of Good Land Inspections. After going through the property together, from top to bottom, we received a detailed 50 page report with pictures illustrating the conclusions and recommendations in the report. It was highly detailed. It was amazing! I had seen other inspection reports for the same price which consisted of less than 5 pages! I sincerely and highly recommend Good Land Inspections.

Very lucky to have Good Land & Dino do my home inspection. My realtor, my wife and I were all very impressed with Dino. My realtor has worked with a handful of Milwaukee home inspectors and told me privately that Dino was extremely thorough. I felt like no stone was unturned. While the home inspection report was 51 pages long, there was a one page summary outlining major concerns, safety hazards, improvement items, and noteworthy odds and ends. As a first time home buyer my wife and I were in love with the house – we just needed to be sure we weren’t walking into financial ruin. Dino pointed out a few things worth getting licensed contractors to give a professional evaluation of and it turns out that those evaluations were CRITICAL pieces of to resolving before we closed the deal. The home buying process is a big ordeal. I look forward to the move being over. I’m very confident that Dino was a great choice as the home inspector for the biggest purchase of our lives.
